REQUIREMENTS

• Birth or Baptismal Certificate
• Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)
• Pre-Marriage Counseling Certificate/Family Planning Certificate
• Parent’s consent or advice for applicant/s below 25 yrs. old
• CENOMAR
• If one of the applicants is a foreigner                                          – Legal Capacity
  – Divorce and/or Annulment Papers, if applicable

STEPS

• The Couple who wishes to get married submits the requirements in the MCR Office
• Fill up the Application for Marriage License form
• Submit the filled-up Application for Marriage License form
• Proceed to the Treasure’s Office for the corresponding fee
• Provide the Receipt and a Php2.00 for the Accountable form No. 54
• Claim the registered Marriage License after the 10-day posting period
