REQUIREMENTS
- Duly accomplished Demolition Permit Form
- Barangay Clearance
- Homeowners Association Clearance, if any
- Certified True Copy of TCT/ OCT where the building was constructed
- Two (2) sets Plans and Documents signed and sealed over the printed name of the duly licensed and registered professionals.
- Plans of the building to be demolished
- Specifications/ Methods of Demolition
- Photocopy of PRC ID and PTR of Duly Registered Professionals who signed the plans and documents, with original signed and sealed
STEPS
- Submit the complete requirements
- Accompany the Engineering Staff in the inspection of the site for demolition
- Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment
- Present the Official Receipt (OR) to the Building Official of Municipal Engineering Office
